So you have a claim!
You are up on your ladder painting your bedroom ceiling. You reach to put your brush in the paint can and knock it onto your carpet. What do you do now?
At Winnipeg Insurance Brokers we make every effort possible to ensure that your claim is dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Prior to contacting our office it is always helpful if you can prepare before hand by providing us with your policy number, the date of the occurrence, and the details of the incident.
This information will then be forwarded to the insuring company and an adjuster should contact you within 24 hours.
If your claim was as a result of a criminal act we would also require the police report number. After hours claims can be handled by simply contacting our office. A recorded message will advise you of the adjusting company and phone number you should be contacting.
