Am I Covered?
Prior to contacting our office it is always helpful if you can prepare before hand by providing us with your policy number, the date of the occurrence and the details of the incident.
This information will then be forwarded to the insuring company and an adjustor should contact you within 24 hours.

If your claim was as a result of a criminal act we would also require the police report number. After hours claims can be handled by simply contacting our office. A recorded message will advise you of the adjusting company and phone number you should be contacting.
